Dr. Emily Dawson, assistant professor of pediatrics at The University of Chicago Medicine and Michael Jesselson, clinical research associate at PRA Health Sciences, discuss the importance of education on recognition and reporting of minor head injury, the importance of initial sideline evaluation and the different components of the sideline evaluation.  Dr. Dawson and Jesselson also explain the current decision guidelines for imaging and the importance of considering radiation exposure from CT.
